Jamie grew up in Windham and attended Pinkerton Academy, where he received the honor of being inducted into the school’s Hall of Fame in 2004. He further earned recognition by being inducted into the NHIAA Hall of Fame in 2018. He is a graduate of Ithaca College.

In his role as a spokesperson for the Children’s Hospital at Dartmouth, Jamie initiated the “CHaD Battle of the Badges” hockey game, an annual competition between the Police and Fire departments in New Hampshire. This rivalry has successfully raised $2.9 million for CHaD.
